Jay Lenos Garage is back to its tried-and-true formula this week with Jay taking a close look at a seriously cool vehicle with a guest. This time he invites in Adam Gaspic from Gasser Custom to take a look at a highly customized 1975 Honda CB750.

The bike is really an amalgam of styles from different eras and various Honda parts. Its looks are inspired by 50s hot rods with its white-wall tires and satin, metallic fuel tank, but there is a little British café racer in there, as well. A digital instrument panel and LED turn signals lend an air of modernity to it, too. Mechanically, the bike rides on a modified 75 frame with the front and rear suspension from an 80s Honda. However, the pièce de résistance is its engine, bored out to 836cc with additional head work and a custom exhaust.

Once on the road, the bike really sings. It sounds just the way a classic Japanese motorcycle should with a mix of whine at high-revs with rumble down low. 2001 Honda Passport Maintenance Schedule. Service at the indicated distance or time, whichever comes first. Do the items in A, B, C, D, and E as required for each interval. Follow the schedule below for normal driving conditions; for severe conditions, follow the schedule on the other side. Replace engine oil and filter. Check all fluid levels and condition of fluids; check for leaks. If needed, add engine coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid. Check battery condition. j #Inspect exhaust system (pipes, muffler, heat shields, hangers) for damage and deterioration: leaks and cracks. j Inspect brake lines and hoses for damage and deterioration: leaks, cracks, and chafing. j Inspect tie-rod ends, steering gearbox, and boots. • Check steering linkage for looseness. • Check condition of rack boots. • Check fluid lines for damage and deterioration: leaks, cracks, pinching, and chafing. j Check starter safety switch operation. j Lubricate accelerator linkage. j Lubricate body and chassis. j Rotate tires; follow the pattern shown in the Owner’s Manual. Check parking brake adjustment. Check brake pedal free play. Check clutch pedal free play. Inspect throttle linkage. Lubricate clutch pedal spring, bushing, and clevis pin. Replace air cleaner element. Replace coolant; use Genuine Honda Antifreeze/ Coolant. Replace power steering fluid.Inspect drive belt. Inspect clutch lines and hoses for damage and deterioration: leaks, cracks, pinching, and chafing.

Honda ACCORD 2002 Timing Belt and Balancer Belt Installation Service Repair Manual. Align the dimple (A) on the tooth of the timing belt drive pulley with the pointer (B) on the oil pump. 4. Honda ACCORD 2002 Clean the camshaft pulley and set it to TDC. 5. Install the timing belt in a counterclockwise sequence, starting with the drive pulley. -1 The ”UP” mark (A) on the camshaft pulley should be at the top. -2 Align the TDC grooves (B) on the pulley with the top edge of the head. -1 Drive pulley (A). -2 Tensioner pulley (B). -3 Water pump pulley (C). -4 Camshaft pulley (D). 6. Loosen and retighten the adjusting nut to tension the timing belt. 7. Clean any oil off both faces of the balancer belt drive pulley. 8. Check the lower cover rubber seal for cracks and other damage. NOTE: ?If the rubber seal is coming off, apply liquid gasket to the lower cover and reinstall the rubber seal. Wipe off any liquid gasket that is pressed out. ?When replacing the rubber seal, clean the lower cover groove, cut the repair rubber seal to length, and put the rubber seal into the groove evenly. 9. Install the balancer belt drive pulley and the lower cover. 10. Temporarly install the crankshaft pulley and bolt. 11. Rotate the crankshaft pulley five or six turns counterclockwise to seat the timing belt on the pulleys. 14. Check the camshaft pulley marks. ?If the camshaft pulley marks are also at TDC, go to step 15. ?If the camshaft pulley marks are not at TDC, remove the timing belt and repeat steps 3, 4 and 5. 15. Remove the crankshaft pulley and the lower cover.

Honda Accord/Prelude 1984-1995 InTank Fuel Pumps Service Repair Manual. Fuel System GENERAL INFORMATION On these vehicles, the engine management system is considered part of the emission control system. The major components include the carburetor(s), the first step in repair or service to engine management systems is still to gain as much information as possible about the problem; when and under what conditions it occurs. At highway speed? At idle only? Only under heavy load or hard acceleration? Wet weather? Defining the problem will eliminate many systems from consideration and possibly point to the affected system. Before diving into an extended electrical diagnosis, take the time to review the basics. Check every vacuum line for cracks or leaks. Check every electrical connector for corrosion or loose pins. Quite often, simply unplugging and reconnecting a connector will break up corrosion on the pins and restore the circuit. Watch out for poor grounds, particularly if the car has experienced major bodywork.

2002 HONDA ODYSSEY EX-L Manual. The Odyssey has enjoyed a successful run ever since its introduction in its present form in 1999. Improvements this year to an already excellent product include more power, a few restyling touch-ups, new rear disc brakes, a five-speed automatic transmission and a new version with leather trim, the EX-L. Interior and trunk Access is very easy, right to the rear bench, and the seats are comfortable. Some drivers, especially if they’re short, may have trouble finding a good driving position. Head and legroom are adequate especially since the rear buckets seats slide up and back a good distance. One of the reasons people buy a minivan is because they want a roomy interior that’s easily transformed. That’s where the Odyssey shines. In addition to moving fore and aft, the rear bucket
seats slide together to create an aisle on the right, or apart, to form a centre aisle. The seats are fairly light and the backs lock when folded to make them easy to manipulate. The grab handles in the seat backs facilitate access and provide a better grip when moving or removing the rear seats. Then there’s the Magic Seat, introduced in the preceding Odyssey. After removing the head restraints, it can be folded and flipped flat into a floor well. The seat has room for two adults, if
you want a bit of comfort. With the seat in place, there is still ample space for cargo. Any items you don’t want sliding around can be stowed in the floor well, or restrained using the hooks in the seatback. The rear hatch opens just high enough to clear a tall person’s head.
