So going purely by the tech specs and reviews, iPhone 5s includes features such as the Touch ID that is not available in the Nexus 5 or iPhone 5c, comes with a much better camera and is available in 64GB storage option. On the other hand, the Nexus 5 comes with a bigger 4.95-inch screen with significantly higher pixel density of 445 ppi, double the RAM, NFC, support for 802.11 ac, and more importantly is available for almost half the cost of the iPhone 5s.

If budget is a constraint then there is no debate about which smartphone you should buy. The same is true if you’re looking for a smartphone with a bigger screen. When it comes to Android vs iOS, it boils down to user preference. The tech specs don’t usually give you the complete story, so it may be a good idea to visit a local store and get a first hand experience.
